What do I have to pay for a return?

The general conditions of sale, supply and payment associated with your order will apply.

For returns:
The packaging costs, as well as the shipping costs to our warehouse.

The customized products are non-returnable and products built to order are non-cancellable, unless it is the problem of product quality. We support new and original products only. So, this is extremely unlikely to happen.If the customers want return and refund of standard products or our ready stock items without a reasonable reason, the customers should bear all the expenses incurred by return of goods.
